SUSANNE LITTS

Susanne Litts is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist.

Susanne has been working as a psychologist with children and young people for over a decade in both the UK and Australia, across the public and private sectors. She previously worked as a Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology at the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (UK) and has worked in private practice in Australia since 2019.

Susanne provides highly specialised assessments, formulations and treatments to children and their families.  She has worked with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, low mood, emotion regulation, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention/Concentration difficulties, Autism, and co-occurring Autism and anxiety/low mood.

Susanne has received formal training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychometric assessments as well as in Autism assessment and intervention. She has also completed training in Trauma-Focused CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for young people.

Susanne has contributed to the application and evaluation of applied research, including an NHS-funded project supporting the rollout of an early intervention CBT-informed anxiety management protocol. She has also developed and run several group-based interventions including anxiety management, social and emotional learning, stress-control workshops for parents and groups for adolescents experiencing low mood. Susanne has developed and delivered training for teachers on Autism and classroom issues, and delivered workshops for parents to facilitate their understanding of Autism, communication and behaviour.

Susanne is formally trained in training other staff and supervising other practitioners and has several years of experience in doing both.

DR. DALIYA GREENFELD

Dr. Daliya Greenfeld is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist.

Daliya is a compassionate psychologist who believes in the importance of establishing and maintaining rapport with her clients.  Daliya has extensive experience providing psychological support to children and young adults experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, phobia and depression, as well as those who have experienced trauma.  Trained as an Educational and Developmental Psychologist, Daliya works within the biopsychosocial approach, exploring biological, environmental and social factors that may contribute to the individual’s mental health struggles.

Daliya has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents and young adults diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity and Autism, employing evidence-based interventions to improve everyday function.

A particular area of interest for Daliya (where she has published several papers) is generational trauma and its potential impacts throughout the individual’s lifespan.

Daliya supports her clients by utilising evidence-based therapeutic interventions per the client’s needs and concerns. To do this, Daliya uses various assessment tools to help formulate a treatment plan tailored to the client’s needs.

Daliya’s therapeutic approaches include Child-centred play therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic approach, and Solution-focused therapy.

PSYCHOLOGIST

VICTORIA FOSTER

Victoria Foster is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist.

Victoria has experience working with children, young people, and families in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and community services. She has previously worked as a Psychologist with the Department of Education’s Student Support Services in Victoria, providing support to students, families, and school staff.

Victoria provides comprehensive assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions to support children’s learning, social–emotional development, and wellbeing. She has worked with a broad range of presentations, including learning difficulties, ADHD, anxiety, low mood, Autism, and behavioural challenges, and has supported schools in responding to critical incidents and developing safe, inclusive environments for students.

Victoria has training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), client-centred therapy, bibliotherapy, reminiscence therapy, and parent psychoeducation. She is skilled in the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments, including cognitive, educational, behavioural, and adaptive functioning assessments.

Victoria has a strong interest in collaborative practice and works closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies. She has delivered presentations and workshops for school staff and parents to enhance understanding of mental health, behaviour, and wellbeing in children and young people.

In addition to her current work, Victoria has experience in research, having completed roles at Swinburne University’s Babylab and in the university’s research programs, where she contributed to participant engagement, data collection, statistical analysis, and dissemination of findings.
